Miguel Copetto is a higher education executive and international adviser with over three decades of global experience in policy dialogue, institutional leadership, and engagement with governments and academic organisations worldwide. He serves as Executive Director of the Portuguese Association of Private Higher Education (APESP), Board Member of the European Union of Private Higher Education (EUPHE), and Vice-President of the National Confederation of Education and Training (CNEF).

He also sits on several national and international boards and advisory councils in education, policy, and innovation. With an academic background in Law, International Relations, Education, and Political Science, he is dedicated to promoting inclusive, high-quality, and globally connected education through strategic dialogue and visionary leadership.
