Dr Darrel DeSouza is an experienced and successful senior leader within the GFE sector. Has held senior roles at a number of GFE colleges within West and South London and nearby counties, including most recently, as Group Principal & CEO. Oversaw and led ‘Outstanding educational provision’ and the highest ‘Achievement’ for 16-18 London learners, consistently over a number of years.

Currently, working as an independent senior educational consultant and also as a college Governor, with a keen interest in senior leadership mentoring, in promoting diversity & inclusion and helping to steer excellence in education. Awarded the OBE for Services to Education in the King’s honour’s list 2024.
